Has studied education and psychology at the Universities of Cologne and Bonn in Germany. Over 20 years of professional experience in adult education, sales, HR management, and management development.

Many years of experience as a manager and board member of internationally operating companies in a number of branches.

For over 20 years, Heinz Groten has been drawing on his extensive foundation of technical knowledge and his own management experience in his role as senior advisor, management trainer, and executive coach for leaders and teams. His personal interactions are characterized by his desire to find out about his customers’ specific needs, his interest in identifying with their concerns, and his proven intercultural competence. His impartiality paves the way for him to communicate with people working in many different areas and at different levels within a company’s hierarchy.

Heinz Groten was one of the founders and pioneers of systematic change management in companies. His pragmatic, results-orientated way of working means that he is able to provide valuable support in conceptional issues, during the implementation phase, or when dealing with entrenched conflict situations. He focuses on empowering leaders to quickly make assessments that will be relevant for decision-making, even when dealing with complicated situations.

Since the firm was founded, Sabine has been an empathetic business partner and coordinator for consultancy projects, communicating with our customers on all levels, from managers to employees, in a way that is reliable, builds trust, and demonstrates appreciation and respect.

Sabine Günter is familiar with both the customers’ needs and requirements in business management, and Groten Management Consulting’s concepts and tools. Has studied evangelical theology, philosophy, and psychology at the universities of Kiel, Marburg, and Heidelberg in Germany. Later he did an MBA at GISMA Hannover/Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Many years of experience as a theologian in parish, school, and university contexts. Over 15 years of experience as a senior management consultant, project leader, head of department, and director of middle-sized and large companies in various branches.

Harald is distinguished by his extensive education and internationally-proven know-how in complementary business functions. His expertise in leadership, change management, and organization is built on his extensive and varied leadership experience. His open, honest, and vibrant personality enables him to engage with people at all levels in a company’s hierarchy and from many different cultures.

As a senior consultant, management trainer, and executive coach for leaders and teams, Harald Goertz combines his comprehensive understanding of people and organizations with a pragmatic focus on results. He is driven by the desire to work with those around him to obtain concrete, effective, and lasting results.
